SS-WEB-09 · PRACTICE FILE · TALENT & STAFFING
Hire without the headache.
Role scorecards, structured screening with real work samples, and managed placements — US and international talent working your business hours, without you reading two hundred resumes.
Named product · fixed scope
What the engagement includes — in writing.
One named product, one fixed scope, one price fixed in your plan before work starts.
Role definition
- A written scorecard: outcomes the role must deliver, not a wish-list of adjectives
- Sourcing plan matched to the role — where this person actually is
- Agreed screening bar before anyone is contacted
Sourcing & screening
- Multi-channel sourcing, structured interviews, reference checks
- Real work samples graded against the scorecard — resumes lie, work doesn’t
- A shortlist worth your time: a few genuinely qualified people, not a stack
Managed placement
- We manage the contractor relationship — onboarding, payments, coordination
- Talent works your business hours regardless of time zone
- Clear agreements: scope, rate, and terms in writing before day one
Ongoing management
- Regular check-ins and performance visibility — you’re never guessing how it’s going
- Issues surfaced early and worked, not discovered at a deadline
- A defined replacement path in your agreement if the fit isn’t right
Scope is written down, both directions. Your plan names the roles in scope and the screening bar for each. New roles are scoped and priced as their own decisions.
How it runs
Three steps. No mysteries.

Screen STRUCTURED
Place MANAGED
Why our screening is different
Screened like we’re the ones hiring. Because we are.
The same pipeline that staffs our own portfolio of businesses screens for yours — we live with our screening quality every day.
Work samples over resumes: every shortlisted candidate has produced graded, role-relevant work — not just talked about it.
Structured interviews with the same questions for every candidate — comparable answers, not gut feel.
A managed-contractor model: we recruit, screen, and manage the working relationship. We are not an employer of record, and we say so plainly.
Your hours, not theirs: placements work US business hours regardless of where they live.
What it costs
Priced by scope band — set before work starts.
Your free growth plan scopes the work and fixes the exact price in writing before anything begins — no hourly meter, no surprise line items, and the number doesn’t move after that. Combine services and the discount is automatic:
The full pricing model — published bands, terms, and how ranges work — is on the price list.
Fair questions
Asked by every smart buyer.
Q.1Are you an employer of record?
No — and it matters that we’re clear about it. This is a managed-contractor model: we recruit, screen, place, and manage the working relationship under written agreements. For roles that require W-2 employment or EOR services, we’ll tell you that’s what you need and point you at it.
Q.2What if the hire doesn’t work out?
Your agreement includes a defined replacement path — surfaced early through the regular check-ins rather than discovered at a crisis. The scorecard also makes “not working out” objective: it’s measured against the outcomes you approved, not vibes.
Q.3Where is the talent?
US and international — including our own team’s home base in India — always working your business hours. That structure is also what makes senior-quality support affordable; it’s the same model we run our own companies on.
