SS-WEB-14 · PRIVACY FILE

Privacy, in plain language.

What this website collects, why, who touches it, and how to make us delete it. Written the way we write everything else: so you can actually check it.

Draft prepared July 2026 · pending counsel review · effective date set at publication

What we collect

Two kinds of data. That’s the list.

What you send us. The request form on Get started asks for your name, email, business name, what you need, and an optional message. That’s everything the form collects — there are no hidden fields gathering more than the labels say.

How the site is used. We measure page visits, general location at the city level, device type, and which pages lead people to request a plan. This is aggregate usage measurement — we use it to make the site clearer, not to follow you around the internet.

We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, countdown scripts, or data brokers’ tags on this site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who touches it

Three named processors.

Running a website means some infrastructure companies process data on our behalf. Ours, by name:

VercelHosts this website. Like any web host, its servers see standard request logs (IP address, pages requested) in the course of serving pages.
HubSpotReceives what you submit through the Get started form and stores it in our customer records so a real person can respond to you.
Google AnalyticsProvides the aggregate usage measurement described above.

Cookies & retention

Minimal cookies. Honest retention.

Cookies. The only cookies this site sets are the analytics cookies described above. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking cookies. Your browser’s settings can block analytics cookies and the site works exactly the same.

Retention. If you request a growth plan, we keep your inquiry for as long as it’s relevant to responding to you and, if you become a client, to serving you. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it from our records and instruct our processors to do the same, except where we’re legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Ask. We answer.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us through the Get started form — say “privacy request” in the message and a person, not an automation, will handle it.

A note on health information

This website is not a channel for health information, and we do not want any. Do not submit medical or patient information through this site. We do not collect, store, or process protected health information here, and nothing on this site creates a healthcare relationship of any kind.

If this policy changes, the change is published on this page with a new effective date. We don’t change it quietly.
